Train
The train is comprised of 75 carriages, each measuring 40 metres in length by 20 metres in width. Straddling two sets of 3 metre wide tracks, it travels at 4 miles per hour, and never stops. Inhabitants live inside the mountain carriages which also contain labs, factories, hydroponic gardens, gyms, dorms, kitchens, nightclubs and everything else they need. On the mountains are swimming pools, fish farms, and bookable huts for periods of isolation.

Great project, but seems to be inspired by Christopher Priest's "The Inverted World". But that is more to its credit than its detriment. So my caption for this is "Another Inversion"
A prison for anyone who has commited a crime on the train. They don't even get to be somewhere nice. They are put beside the reactor.
It looks pretty nice and i am quite fond of the idea but were will it go and how long will this take to make.

Each cabin contains the strict minimum of what a single person might need during a limited period of time. The booking of these isolation cabins allows the user to meditate and dream.
The walls of the cabins are filled with smelly seeds to provide a particular atmosphere, depending on its occupant.
The radioactive waste is vitrified and stacked in a monumental cylinder on carriage 2. The height of the faintly glowing column reveals the train's age.

Riding arena for those that are interested. A big food hall where there is every type of food that you can even imagine and you can also make your own.

Swimming is sports - competition! They should be able to jump up and stay in the air for as long as the train comes back to the same position, unless... they give up and land down onto the next carriage - wehter it is their next door neighbour or a carriage further down on train. auuch!1
As well as swimming pools, it would be great if there was space for other sports, like tennis, 5-a-side football, or squash.

Bookable Isolation Cabins
Luxurious inprisonment causes gradual brain decay and loss of the ability to dream, imagine or think creatively.
This carriage is used for secretative intoxication rituals held by small groups wanting to stimulate the brain through the use of complex chanting, meditative techniques and drug taking.
Cabins must be designed in a way that the users should never see each other when they are leaving or gettin in which will protect the privacy of those who wish to be isolated from the train.
How about a simple thing like a car park?

Mysterious, creepy, some say haunted. Rarely booked by passengers on The Train, but those that do never leave the isolation booths. As passengers draw near the booths physics change, time slows. Some imagine it is zone where one's secret hopes come true.
Cabins definitely should have items in the air which might make sound.Having the train move 4km/h they would only make sound if the wind outside picks up, which means it would be a meditative place.IF the wind picks up,only then the sounds awaken those in the isolation cabin &they ar ready to leave.

in the same way that the old Mail trains would scoop up or drop off bags of mail, those who disembark could get scooped back up further down the train.
This would be in the form of giant butterfly nets.
A round platform with chairs in rows. Platform moves in cirlces on the carriage, it has the bird tower in the middle - allowing to admire the view while adjusting audience view depending to the choice of the landscape, i.e.position the seats so that the background is where the sun lands.
At 4mph, younger members of the population can dismount from the train and run along side, or even out into the surrounding forests, if they are fit enough. Of course they risk being stranded and left alone by the tracks for weeks if they don't get back on in time.

I think there should be a carriage dedicated to e-sports, with over 20,000 high quality computers that can even play Battlefield 4 on Ultra quality. The LAN connection should be insanely powerful ensuring a great gaming experience in which many hours can be wasted.

Public transport terminal - like a ... Train Station? So people could get from one end of the train to the other to get to work, school, performances etc.
A subtle mix of James Bond style luxury and stone age caves. Spatious common living rooms/fire places (kitchens). Cystalized light celing make up for the little light that enters through the small cave openings. From the outside you can hardly spot the caves among all cracks, rocks and greenery.
